A victim of much the much vaunted town planning carried out in Ipswich, Station Street lost a large slab of family homes to the poxy system built trash that is there today.At the bottom of the hill stood the Stoke Green Baptist Church, Wherstead Road and, across the way, , in Bath Street, Ransome and Rapiers Waterside Works
